A well-planned sign starts with a clear brief. Prepare your location, lighting preference, logo, site photos, dimensions and purpose before requesting a quote.

These details help us review materials, lighting and installation requirements before recommending a specification.
Lighting preference
Choose non-illuminated signage, 3D LED letters, front lighting, back lighting or LED neon flex. Tell us your business hours and the look you want. If you are unsure, share a reference image so we can discuss suitable options.
Logo and brand artwork
Send your business name, logo, brand colours and the exact wording required. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or a vector PDF helps preserve clean edges. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the clearest version available for review.
Site photographs
Take a straight-on photo of the premises and a close-up of the proposed sign position. Show nearby obstructions, approximate installation height and power supply location where relevant. Photos support an initial assessment; any site visit will be discussed after review.
Width and height
Provide width × height with units, for example 3000 mm × 600 mm. State whether this is the overall sign size or just the lettering. If exact dimensions are unavailable, provide an estimate and flag that measurements still need confirmation.
Purpose, budget and target date
Explain the purpose: attracting attention to a shop, displaying a reception logo or guiding visitors. Share your budget range and target date so materials and scope can be discussed. Timing depends on the specification, artwork approval and installation conditions.
